The Keynote I Gave at AI Future Ready Conclave: Full Notes

It was a privilege to deliver my workshop, "AI for Every Business" (हर व्यवसाय के लिए ए आई), at the AI FutureReady Conclave 2026, held on 7–8 August at Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra, organised by CCLA in association with ASSOCHAM under the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
Two live demos, no jargon
Instead of slides full of jargon, I kept it hands-on with two live demos on stage:
AI that talks. The Ozoo AI Voice Agent placed a real phone call live from the stage, conversing fluently in Hindi and English, with live transcript, sentiment, and an instant call summary.
AI that sees. Habile iYE turned ordinary CCTV into an intelligent guard, detecting fire, intrusion, and crowd events in real time, no new hardware needed.
The case for right now
My core message to the MSMEs and business leaders in the room: with AI set to add $950 Bn+ to India's economy by 2035, and 6.3 Cr+ MSMEs driving roughly 30% of our GDP, the window is now. AI is 10–100x cheaper to deploy than it was five years ago, and no PhD is required to put it to work.
Every attendee walked out with a 3-question worksheet and a 90-day plan to launch their first AI use case. Start small. Start now. Start with a real problem.
Deliberations across sectors
The conclave's deliberations on AI spanned industry, education, healthcare, tourism, cybersecurity, and employment, and drew mainstream media coverage alongside the on-ground conversations.
Sharing the stage
Grateful to share the stage with Hon'ble Shri Jitin Prasada, Minister of State for Commerce & Industry and Electronics & IT, Government of India, who joined as Chief Guest; Hon'ble Prof. S.P. Singh Baghel, Union Minister of State; and Hon'ble Shri Yogendra Upadhyay, Cabinet Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
